The site itself has a strong theme, although it’s probably not going to be everybody’s cup of tea.

While going through each aspect of the site I did run into a couple of questionable features — starting with the fact that it runs solely on Euro. Read on to find out if Reeltastic’s flaws are a deal breaker.

There’s nothing particularly original about the program, and players will climb through the pre-set ranks based on how many comp points they collect. In fact, the only thing that makes it uniquely Reeltastic is the fairytale theme which shines through, starting players at Witch status, which comes with perks such as a personal account manager. Each level comes with different rewards like exclusive promotions and cash points. For example, players who accumulate points will graduate from Witch to Princess where they’ll receive  a mystery gift, better promotions and an increased cash points earning rate. Let me open this section by giving you the infuriating news that Reeltastic Casino sets a withdrawal minimum of €100. Regardless of how much you deposited, you need to hit that limit before any cash can hit your account again. The maximum is €5,000 per 30-day period, which is way too low to satisfy high-rollers, so it seems that no one really gets what they need.

Reports indicate that waiting times on withdrawal are uncharacteristically long. The site states that they aim to process all withdrawal requests within 1- 3 business days from the time that all the requested documentation is verified, but they don’t state how long the verification process is.

Looking through online player forums I discovered multiple threads where players complained that the customer support at Reeltastic just isn’t where it should be. The actual problems arise when you start reading through the forums, where players discuss their experience with the site. Many players lamented the unfair bonus terms and absent customer service.
